The workshop focuses on presenting the four dimensions that make up our human intelligence, and addressing the practice of meditation as an effective means to counteract various mental imbalances and even more, train the abilities of a healthy mind. This is an act of profound activism that has many implications for not only the individual, but also for society.
In this presentation we explore a fourfold framework of intelligence dimensions: Cognitive Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Attentional Intelligence, and Conative Intelligence. The role that each of these plays within the scope of the individual's comprehensive mental well-being. Finally, the exercise of meditative practice as an elemental axis for optimal mental health
Mateo Buki, 22 years old. Current student of language and Tibetan Medicine, great enthusiast and student of the contemplative traditions of the East, particularly of the Tibetan Buddhist. Much of his study and research focuses on the theoretical collection and practical application of methods for the development of a healthy mind. He was born and raised in close association with the ancient spiritual traditions of the Americas.
