The purchase of tickets for Wellness Fest Ecuador implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. We recommend that you read this information carefully before finalizing your purchase.
1. Nature of the Purchase
By purchasing one or more tickets through our platform, you agree that you are purchasing a ticket to a live event, with a specific date and location. This applies to both general admission and discounted or promotional tickets.
2. Refund Policy
NO refunds are made under the following circumstances:
- If the buyer decides not to attend the event for personal, work, health, or other reasons not attributable to the organization.
- If the buyer arrives late or cannot enter due to failure to comply with established schedules.
- If the buyer does not present the requirements requested for access (identification, credentials or additional documents if required).
- If the buyer claims "disagreement with the schedule" after making the purchase, this is subject to change without prior notice from the organization.
Refunds are only considered in the following cases:
- If the event is cancelled entirely by the organizers' decision and no alternative date is offered.
- If a change of host city or country is made that reasonably makes it impossible for the buyer to attend.
- If the event is postponed due to force majeure (natural disasters, state of emergency, health restrictions) and the buyer notifies in writing, within 7 days of the announcement of the change, that they will not be able to attend on the proposed new date.
In all cases where a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed after deducting the transaction and financial service fees incurred at the time of purchase.
3. Ticket Transfer

This event includes physical, therapeutic, emotional, and spiritual activities. Each participant assumes full responsibility for their health and voluntary participation. The organizers is not responsible for injuries, adverse reactions, losses or damages arising from participation in the event.
It is recommended that you have valid health insurance and consult with your healthcare professional before participating in activities that may involve physical or emotional exertion.

The data you provide will be processed in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection. It will be used exclusively for purposes related to the event and future communications about related activities. You can request your data to be updated or deleted at any time.
