This interactive workshop is design to guide the participants into a holistic understand of the interwoven nature of our emotional body with our other bodies. We are going to tap into how to perceive emotions and become fluid with our emotional current. Also emotional release techniques will be presented, that are empowering the person to embark on a journey of mastery with their emotional landscape.
