Body mappings and social memory
Workshop
Santiago Buitrón
Spanish
Based on solid academic training and territorial research, this workshop invites an experiential and reflective exploration of how personal, cultural, and collective experiences are inscribed in our bodies and our social memory. Through various dynamics, the workshop seeks to shed light on how memories, traumas, histories, and traditions manifest in our corporeality, affecting the way we relate to ourselves and our social environment.
The proposal invites us to reread shared memory and construct new ways of recognizing and healing these scars, thus promoting a holistic understanding of health that integrates both the physical and emotional and social dimensions.
