Health and well-being through laughter
The workshop is aimed at young adults and will use laughter therapy, clowning and laughter yoga techniques for 45 minutes to promote an adequate state of physical and mental health.
Exhibitor profile:
Clinical psychologist, master's degree in family therapy, master's degree in psychosocial intervention, PhD student in the community mental health program. Teacher, hospital clown, workshop facilitator and lecturer on mental health issues.
Clown since 2008, clinical psychologist from UNL, Master in family therapy from UTPL, Master in psychosocial intervention from UNEMI, I am studying for my doctorate at UNLa and have taken clown workshops in Loja, Cuenca, Quito, Colombia and Bolivia.
Laughter therapy promotes a lifestyle with low stress levels, fewer MS problems, greater adherence to treatment and many other benefits. It is an alternative therapy that seeks to identify the essence of the human being, rediscover oneself and love the simplicity of life.
