Finca Puruhá is a family agroecological farm located in the province of El Oro, where we grow, process, and produce high-quality artisanal products directly from our edible forest. Most of the fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices we use come from our own harvests and are carefully dehydrated at less than 40°C to preserve their nutrients, flavor, and medicinal properties.
Our story began in 2017 with the acquisition of a farm that we decided to reforest and transform into a productive and regenerative ecosystem. In 2023, inspired by our passion for baking and the bounty of the earth, we created a line of gluten-free premixes based on green banana flour: chocolate cakes, cookies, and pancakes.
We also offer dried fruit, turmeric and ginger powder, golden milk mixes, and herbal teas made with 100% natural ingredients.
Finca Puruhá is a tribute to simple living, connection to the earth, and conscious eating. Every product we share is the result of a process filled with intention, care, and respect for nature.
