INTERACTIVE SESSION: "FINDING BALANCE WITH THE 5 ELEMENTS"

An interactive session to inform the audience finding balance in the 5 Elements which we are made up with can help them find wellness. We are microcosms of the macrocosm and when we are in balance, as when nature is in balance we feel secure, fulfilled, energetic, hopeful and confident. Following the 5 elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Spirit.
Understanding the 5 Elements is the basis of many wellness practices such as breathwork, meditation, yoga and qi gong and that of many indigenous traditional healing. When we are balanced then we are more aware of practices that throw nature out of balance, like mining, or pollution, air pollution and we are more moved to do something about it. Activism starts with healing the self and then supporting the community to heal and then the broader environment.
