During 2024 the main events are:

Meeting of the Original Peoples and Nationalities of Ecuador to vindicate the right and the need to preserve healthy territories as an essential axis to sustain the Sumak Kawsay (Well-being, Good Living)

Wellness Festival: the 2nd edition of the most important meeting in Vilcabamba, celebrating health and well-being.

2nd Ecuadorian Congress of Wellbeing: with the presentation of more than 50 talks, workshops, documentary films, demonstrations, and other activities.

The 3rd Vilcabamba Wellness Fest will take place on January 24, 25 and 26, 2025.

At the same time, the 2nd Ecuadorian Congress of Wellbeing will take place.

Yes, it takes a village, right? Come be a part of this village. Children under 10 accompanied by an adult are admitted free. We will also have a kids' area with activities for parents and children alike.

We will not require prior registration for workshops, talks, talks or demonstrations. There will be many workshops simultaneously and a wide variety to choose from.

IF a workshop is full, we invite you to visit another one and continue your learning experience. Single Day Workshop Passes will also be available on the day of the event. Guides with the schedules will be posted in various places on campus and days before on our website.

The registration hours at the entrance gate are:

Friday, October 24th 10am-4pm

Saturday, October 25th 10am-4pm

Sunday, October 26th 10am-2pm

We are currently in the phase of calling for and selecting participants. You can find out about the programming of the Festival and Congress in its second edition from this link

There are two cases

1. If you can present a talk/workshop/demonstration (which will be free for the public that has purchased your ticket with that additional included) and that will be part of the 1st Wellness Congress, the Wellness Fest Organization will reward you with a pass for 3 days to all the events and activities of the Festival and the Congress. In that case you must apply in the talks and workshops section.

2. If you wish to sell products or services or carry out any type of therapeutic practice in your space or in another shared space for therapists, you must apply in the vendors/exhibitors section and you will find the different price options per table and/or space.

The time to install and set up your space is THURSDAY, January 26, 2023 between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you need an exception, you can set up your space on Friday the 27th between 7-8am with prior notification.

Of course. the spirit of the Vilcabamba Wellness Fest is to share the wealth of knowledge that makes this place so special and we greatly appreciate your talent.

In cases of booking Stand with table; this includes:

1. The table according to the requested measures
2. A chair

The table linen and visual marketing material will be provided by each exhibitor.

In the case of people who have reserved participation space, they must bring their table and chair additionally.

Yes. We have a limited amount of electrical outlets. We suggest our exhibitors who require electrical outlets also bring their own electrical extension in case their position is not as close to a fixed point of electricity.

Yes. You can place it in your assigned space without any inconvenience.

REMEMBER that until January 6 we have at a reduced price the FULL PASS x 3 days to all the events of the Festival + Congress for only 20 USD

A weekend pass costs $40. (Access our promotion until January 7 of the 50% discount on the FULL PASS). Includes VIP access to the opening and closing ceremonies, full access to all workshops and presentations that will take place over the three days. 

It also allows you to enjoy the Festival space with access to artistic presentations and the Conscious Fair (local food, crafts, therapists, producers).

Weekend pass /3 days) adults (16+) ($40)

*Teens from 11 to 15 years old pay $5 with an accompanying adult with a weekend pass.

*Children 10 and under are free with an adult with a Weekend Pass.

Yes. A full day pass is available for $15. Visit registration to receive your pass. This pass gives access to all the events of that day and to the Community Village.

Yes. We have General Admission passes to the Festival and Community Village for $5 per day.

Yes. You can transfer your Weekend Pass if you are unable to attend. All sales are final. This year we will sponsor accommodation for members of the original peoples and nationalities of Ecuador and will donate a portion of the proceeds to a local charity of our choice.
