Raffle Terms and Conditions: 2 Tickets to Yasuní
1. Organizers: This raffle is organized by Wellness Fest Ecuador in collaboration with Yasuní Kurysacha Travel, a community tourism operator in Yasuní National Park.
2. Date of the Draw: The drawing will be held live during the event, on May 4, 2025, at noon.
3. Prize: Two 4-day, 3-night tours to Yasuní National Park, including: River transportation from Coca-Cola to Nuevo Rocafuerte. All meals during the tour. Accommodations in Nuevo Rocafuerte. Specialized guidance.
4. Validity: Tickets will be valid until May 30, 2026. Winners must coordinate the departure date from the Port of Coca with the operator via email. yasunikurysachatravel@gmail.com or WhatsApp +593 98 101 1033.
5. Conditions: All those who have purchased a pre-sale ticket, either online or at authorized points of sale, will participate.
People over 18 years of age of any nationality are welcome to participate. Employees of Yasuní Kurysacha Travel or Wellness Fest Ecuador, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Participation in the draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
6. What is NOT included: Ground or air transportation to the city of Coca-Cola. Personal expenses. Tips. Additional activities or services not specified in the prize description. Accident or life insurance.
7. Selection and presentation of the prize: The drawing will be held randomly on the date specified by the organizers. The winner will be announced at the event and notified via email or WhatsApp.
If the winner does not respond within 7 business days, a new drawing will be held.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
8. Responsibility: The operator complies with the safety measures established by regulatory bodies, but does not include accident or life insurance.
