Music

* The Andean Music Ensemble is a space for the interpretation, research and creation of traditional Andean music from Ecuador and Latin America. It recognizes its technical and theoretical elements by listening to musical references, raises awareness through immersion in the Andean worldview, nature and thought, interprets from memory, hearing and imitation in recognition of orality, implements traditional Andean organology (aerophones, chordophones, percussion), and finally highlights and disseminates Quichua as the traditional and mother tongue of Ecuador.
