Literature and oral storytelling

It is an oral storytelling show, in which stories from the oral tradition of San Miguel de Porotos and the Cañari people are collected, starting from the various beliefs about the origin of the Cañaris in their mythical part to the presence of tayta carnival, then the legends of San Miguel de Porotos, in which the goblin appears, the owner of the night and ending with the stories of sins and incest and the presence of Gagón and the witches in the early mornings.

Tayta Reinaldo was a resident of San Miguel de Porotos who every night after a snack told a story by the light of the fire. His children and grandchildren received all this teaching in their ears and so that it does not become dusty in the past, he tells it to them again.
