I am the director of the Theater / Dance group of the National University of Ecuador UNAE, we have an interdisciplinary proposal of Theater / Dance that addresses the co-construction of ancestral knowledge, a fundamental theme that revolves around the Andean worldview. The stage work MAYU IN SEARCH OF LALAY is a work where Mayu (puppet) embarks on a solo journey through her province of Cañar in search of the abundance offered by the Tayta Carnival, on her journey she meets Apus (nature deities) and animals (deer, condor, Quirquincho) that will teach her about the importance of caring for nature, the importance of family, their rights and their protection.

The work has an estimated duration of 20 min.
