This conference is designed to professionals, technicians, practitioners and experts with knowledge and experiences that contribute to the development of well-being, both at individual and collective levels, also considering their impact on the environment.

The Congress seeks to promote the exchange of methods, visions, practices and knowledge that promote comprehensive well-being and good living, both at a personal and community level.

We have established a collaboration with the Technological Institute of Loja, which allows us to offer Certification participants and promote cooperation with other institutions in Ecuador. Through this congress, we aim to integrate various forms of knowledge acquisition and application, providing attendees with new tools to implement good living in their environment.

We recognize the value of your contribution, so we have prepared a series of benefits in gratitude for your participation:

  1. Exposure and Visibility
    a. Promotion on our platforms: We will give the selected participants a prominent place on our social networks and website.
    b. Interviews: We will offer the opportunity for interviews with related media during the event.
    c. Special mentions: (during the presentations of each of the exhibitors, other contributions from other exhibitors will be acknowledged in random order).
  2. Professional Photography and Videos: We will provide photos (kit of 3 photos) and a 35-second video of your presentations, which you can use in your portfolios or for your personal promotion.
  3. Access to Workshops and Activities: Presenters at the Wellness Congress will have access to all workshops, talks and activities of the Wellness Fest and the Wellness Congress, which will be an excellent opportunity for their personal and professional growth.
  4. Networking: You will be able to expand and strengthen your network of contacts through networking sessions, where we will promote spaces for interaction with other professionals, facilitating and strengthening the creation of new collaborations.
  5. Certification and Accreditation: Presenters of the International Wellness Congress will receive an official certificate from the Vilcabamba Wellness Fest organization.
  6. Local experiences in Vilcabamba: Selected presenters will be able (upon prior registration, subject to availability) to participate in guided walks, horseback or bicycle rides, local experiences (such as therapies or visits to projects and ventures).

The organization of the Wellness Fest 2025 will NOT make any extra payment for any reason to the participants of the International Wellness Congress.

We offer you different formats to share your knowledge:

  1. Training (90 min): Activity designed to offer techniques and tools aimed at promoting individual, collective and global well-being. Aimed at professionals and technicians.

  2. Seminar (60 min): Presentation of key information on well-being and good living. Open to professionals and technicians.

  3. Workshop (90 min): Practical and dynamic sessions for the transmission of knowledge. For professionals, technicians and interns.

  4. Talk (45 min): Short presentations that encourage reflection on well-being. For professionals, technicians and practitioners.

  5. Discussion (60 min): Space for the exchange of ideas and experiences in a circular format. Aimed at professionals, technicians and interns.

  6. Debate (45 min): Forum for discussion of different views on well-being and good living. For professionals, technicians and practitioners.

The 2nd International Congress on Wellbeing seeks to address various topics of wellbeing and comprehensive health. The following are some of the thematic areas of participation that we seek from exhibitors, thinking about the experience of attendees towards improving their quality of life.
