The Wellness and Entrepreneurship Fair of the Wellness Fest – Vilcabamba 2025 is a space where you can find a wide variety of products and services related to wellness, from handmade products and art to wellness items designed to nourish the body and soul, as well as healthy foods.
Visitors will be able to discover everything from handmade jewelry, textiles, natural cosmetics, to therapies that lead to personal well-being and new health alternatives, as well as healthy food offerings, all in a welcoming environment full of positive energy.
Additionally, it is a space for cultural exchange, where entrepreneurs from all regions of the country can tell their stories and share the values that support their projects.

Interested wellness service providers and entrepreneurs must meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Handmade Products: We prefer handmade, unique products that convey a story behind each creation.
- Wellbeing and Sustainability: The products and services offered must be aligned with a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. We prefer ventures that use ecological materials, responsible production processes and approaches that promote personal care and natural balance.
- Originality and Quality: Products and services that add value to the festival experience. We are looking for authentic proposals that reflect Ecuador's cultural and creative diversity and inspire others, as well as quality alternative services that promote personal well-being.
PARTICIPATE, promote your products and services, contribute to the community spirit and the celebration of creativity at the Vilcabamba Wellness Fest.

Entrepreneurs and exhibitors will be able to participate in the following areas:
1. Arts and Crafts
- Products: Jewelry, textiles, ceramics, paintings, carvings and all types of handmade art that reflect culture and creativity.
- Focus: We celebrate artistic diversity, prioritizing original products that tell unique stories and represent the country's artisanal work.
2. Wellness and Health
- Products: Natural cosmetics, essential oils, therapeutic creams, herbal products, natural supplements and other wellness items.
- Focus: Area focused on physical and emotional health, bringing together entrepreneurs who offer natural and sustainable products for self-care and personal balance.
3. Food and Drinks
- Products: Prepared foods and drinks (for consumption at the event), processed products, vegan products, superfoods, honey, jams, infusions.
- Focus: Exhibitors in this area promote healthy and conscious eating, using sustainable practices and, preferably, local ingredients.
4. Ecological and Sustainable Products
- Products: Eco-friendly items, recycled products, reusable utensils, alternatives to plastics and sustainable household items.
- Focus: This space is dedicated to projects that minimize environmental impact and propose solutions for caring for the planet.
5. Conscious Fashion
- Products: Clothing, accessories and footwear made from sustainable materials, recycled garments, and unique designs that encourage responsible consumption.
- Focus: We seek fashion proposals that respect the environment and reflect an ethical and conscious lifestyle.
6. Professional services
- Services and Products: Holistic therapies, massages, energy healing practices, ancestral medicine, and botanical products for medicinal use.
- Focus: This space invites therapists and practitioners of alternative and ancestral medicine who wish to share their knowledge and products for comprehensive health and well-being.
7. Eco-Tourism and Adventure
- Products and Services: Eco-tourism packages, adventure activities, guided tours, nature immersion experiences, and sustainable accommodation services.
- Focus: Entrepreneurs in this area offer experiences of connection with nature and promote responsible and regenerative tourism practices.
8. Environmental Education and Awareness
- Materials and Activities: Publications, courses, workshops, and educational materials focused on sustainability, environmental care, permaculture, and agroecology.
- Focus: In this area we are looking for exhibitors who offer resources and knowledge that promote ecological awareness and respect for the natural environment.
INVESTMENT
The 3rd edition of the Wellness Fest – Vilcabamba, seeks to bring wellness practices (art, healthy eating, fair trade, among others) closer to the community, which is why we offer our vendors/exhibitors different participation options.

The Wellness Fest – Vilcabamba 2025 Entrepreneurship Fair, in addition to a space for exchanging products and services, also becomes a place of learning and deep connection with cultural roots and ancestral wisdom.
Our educational mission focuses on three pillars: Worldview of Harmonious Natural Life, the Ancestral Medicine, and the Management and Care of Healthy TerritoriesWe believe in educating through multicultural exchange, exploring topics such as alternative medicines, organic agriculture, and regenerative environmental practices such as reforestation and sustainable water resource management, strengthening sovereignty over our personal and community health.
Promoting Community Coherence and Sumak Kawsay
The Entrepreneurship Fair promotes the community coherence, encouraging cooperation among all for the collective welfare. We follow the principle of Sumak Kawsay, which means “good living” or “prospering in harmony.” This concept represents our aspiration to create a space of connection, mutual support and growth where each undertaking contributes to the overall well-being of the community.
The Entrepreneurship Fair is an invitation to live and share these values, and to build together a path towards a future in harmony with nature, respecting and celebrating our cultural traditions.
